- Advising in the selection of the appropriate legal form for a sports club, a sports center
- Preparation of draft articles of association, statute, and other intra-club regulations (including statutes, resolutions, regulations), as well as their amendments and development of all other documentation at every stage of sports activities
- Preparation and giving opinions on contracts concluded by the Club (including contracts with players, contracts with trainers, agreements with employees, sponsorship agreements)

- Club representation before common courts, public administration bodies, sports associations, sports arbitration bodies
